Our emphasis is on fresh, sustainable and local produce, bringing the taste of the Mornington Peninsula region to you. Our dining aesthetic reflects the centrality of Freashwaters’ environmental values. Local fresh, organic and seasonal produce is key to a low carbon imprint on a global scale and our core business does not rely on carbon intensive, high volume storage and distribution systems.
Our events range from gala balls, weddings, engagements, birthdays, christenings, private dining at home, showroom opening and product launches and everything in between.
