Stillwater at Crittenden is a delight. Its young husband-wife owners Jacqui (front of house) and Zac Poulier (the chef) are doing an exemplary job. The service is excellent and by arrangement with Garry Crittenden, Stillwater sells at low cost, his wines from around Victoria" 17/20 (Highly recommended)

"Ocean trout bobs up alot on bay side menus but Stillwater's version blows most of them out of the water. Fine velvety folds of the stuff are crowned with a little mizuna leaf and cucumber salad. To cap it off, a citrus soy dressing and some wasabi mayonnaise. Wow!"
