Booking terms and conditions
Deposit:
We require a deposit of one night’s stay to secure your booking. Where your total stay is just one night, a 50% deposit is required. Payment can be made by credit card (Diners and American Express not accepted) or cheque payable to Cheeky Monkey Hospitality. Balance is due on your day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel prior to fourteen days of your arrival date. If canceling within fourteen days of your arrival, your deposit (one night’s stay or 50% of total accommodation cost) will be retained by Lakeside Villas at Crittenden Estate. If cancelling within 24 hours of arrival time full tariff of your stay will be charged.
Check in and check out times:
Check in time is after 2pm and check out is prior to 10am. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so we can make arrangements for your check in.

Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Guests agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Lakeside Villas.
- Guests authorize Lakeside Villas to charge all amounts agreed upon to their credit card.
- Additional costs may be charged to a guest’s credit card in the event that damage, beyond ordinary wear and tear, has been caused to the room and/or its contents.
- Additional costs may be charged to a guest’s credit card if additional cleaning services are required.
- If guests cancel within 24 hours of their arrival time their credit card may be charged with the full amount of their stay.
- We ask that after 10 pm (11pm on a Saturday night) guests adhere to our noise curfew and keep all noise to a minimum.
- Villas sleep two adults, however, a double fold out sofa bed is available. $50 extra per person per night. (maximum of four people per unit).
- We do not cater for children. Babies by arrangement. No pets. No smoking inside villas.
- Please be aware that the property is a working vineyard with cellar door and restaurant facilities attached. We do our utmost to ensure you will not be inconvenienced by vineyard activities.
